Welcome to the Tor Bridge High Sixth Form website. We believe that there is no better place to study than at Tor Bridge High. The state-of-the-art building and facilities that we offer our students is complemented by a great atmosphere, which helps to develop students and enable them to achieve their goals.
The start of Sixth Form is the beginning of loving the subjects that you have chosen to study. The staff here at Tor Bridge High go the extra mile to provide help and support for you. They are always on hand after school and through the online virtual-learning platform, which all of our Sixth Form students have access to.
One of the best parts of Sixth Form life at Tor Bridge High is that there is always something going on. Whilst studying here, we offer our students excellent facilities, the Common Room is a main social environment during break and lunch times enabling students to mix and to make new friends. As a Sixth Form Student, you have the freedom to choose to be involved in events such as sports activities, extra curricular activities, social activities, trips away and your opinion is valued greatly. For the adventurous,you can participate in the Gold Duke of Edinburgh award, or for the enterprising there is always the Young Enterprise award. There are so many opportunities!
We have a wide range of students who volunteer at Derriford Hospital, law firms and Tor Bridge Primary School, to name a few! Throughout the Sixth Form we are keen to give back to our local community.
We are proud of what past students have gone on to achieve, from professional sporting careers, to managing directors and medical professionals. The expectations of Sixth Form study are high and this has led to the development of our determination and motivation to succeed. The aspirations of our students are high, amongst us are future Lawyers, Doctors,Teachers, Accountants and many more!
